Harry and I go back real far when we both lived in the Goshen,N.Y area.
Later after moving to the Midland Park area, we became friends again with
Harry & Barb. Harry always had a smile on his face and was a pleasure to
fellowship with. I even remember his parents, Sam and Bertha and his sister Carolyn. His brother Ken was a year behind me in high school.
I have memories that will last a lifetime.

I remember Harry as one of Ken's many brothers who lived behind Midland Park Lumber. He used to landscape my mothers yard. One day when he was mowing the grass he came across a watch I had received as a gift from my mom on my 18th birthday and had lost. I still have that watch and always remember how it was recovered. My heart goes out to you all at the sadness of such a loss. May peace be with you. Sincerely, Betty and Don Disken

Sorry that we can't be at the visitation to express our condolences in person. Prayers for the Vriesema family during this time. I know how hard it is to lose a father even when you know he is in a better place. May God's love sustain you. Sounds like you have wonderful memories of your dad that will always bring a smile to your face.

Bill/Judy: My family and I offer our most sincere and earnest prayers for the comforting of your hearts at this time. This past September, we "celebrated" 40 years of friendship when we first entered the doors of ECJHS together as students. I cherish our friendship and the love we have for each other was authored by God, and passed down to us through our parents. In that spirit, I will honor the memory of Mr. Vriesema. May God's grace cover all of you now and until the last day. -Mike Harris & family -

Dear Mrs. Vriesema and family, I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Vriesema's passing this morning. My Dad always said, "that Harry, he makes me laugh." I guess they'll run in to each other again now, have a coffee and talk gardening. Glad his suffering is over and he can rest. Take care.
