Linda (and family),
I found out only a few hours ago that Jeff had died, so my apologies for not writing this sooner. We have a mutual acquaintance; a woman who was a year or two behind you in GRHS, Cindy (now Zerkin), whom I met two years ago at a music circle.
In the early-to-mid-80s, my then-wife Nancy and I rented the bottom floor of your house on Llewellyn Avenue in Bloomfield. I remember you and Jeff as being the kindest of people, and even though we knew you for just a few short years, I'm feeling a profound sense of loss.
We move to the Austin, Tx area in 1989, and I'm still living in the same house we bought back then. Nancy and I (I'll leave it as) "parted ways" in the late 1990s. I met and married my one-in-ten-billion wife a few years later -- and, no lie, I often imagined that it was on a par with what you and Jeff had. Karrell died five and a half years ago.
That video is a wonderful tribute to him.
