Dear Jay, Terry &Kaylee,
We were so very sorry to hear the news of Arlene's passing. We were out of town or we would have been there to pay our respects to our "old" dear neighbor. We have many special memories of when our families lived next door to each other and of Arlene as a teacher.
With prayers and sympathy,
The Portsmore Family &

Our deepest sympathy to you Jay, Terry and Kaylee. As cousins being 14 years apart in age, we didn't have much in common, but as adults, of course, our love for our kids and grandkids was a bond we shared. She was SO very proud of the three of you, as you well know--the sun rose and set in her precious Kaylee; she was well blessed with the love and caring the three of you showered upon her, and I know she was blessed with many dear friends. One funny recent memory--a few years ago, I was watching QVC, and a caller by the name of Arlene was on the air! I immediately knew it was her because I knew her voice, of course, and knew her love of all things QVC also! After that, I picked up the phone and said "hey Cuz, I just heard you on live TV." We had a good laugh. I know she will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her....
