Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of my old friend, and best neighbor ever, Mr. Fenners. Although decades separated our ages, Mr. Fenners always treated me with the respect and kindness usually only granted a peer. It was a true pleasure and honor to live next door to Mr. Fenners for so many years, and I so glad that we were able to keep in touch even after I moved far from "home".
