To Alida's Family, I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Alida. I know this must be a difficult time for all of you. My thoughts & prayers are with you. Alida was such a kind and vibrant person to know. You always knew when Alida entered a room. Alida was my lunch buddy at Servo-Tek. She always offered me some of her food even though I had plenty of my own. Want some kid? What's for lunch? We always had potato chips, supplied by her and it had to be Lay's! I will miss Alida, she was one special lady. I met Alida 23 years ago when I applied for a position at Servo-Tek. She was the first person to greet me. She had big hair and rose tinted glasses and was very friendly. After the interviews and the final approval from Alida I got the job. Through the years Alida has been like a second mother to me. She has given me so much advice and support at times when I really needed it. She always said when you lose your mother; you lose your best friend. I hope the many happy memories of Alida will carry you through this difficult time. She loved her family and friends very much. Thank you for sharing Alida with me. Diane Marsilio

Alida will be missed by all of us at Servo-Tek. Her warm smile and kind voice was there to greet all, weather it was someone visiting, someone on the telephone, or just one of us. She cannot be replaced. She will remain in our hearts and forever in our memories. From her friends at Servo-Tek

My heart goes out to the family. Aunt Lydie was a special person who asked for little for herself and always had a cheerful word for anyone she spoke with. She will be missed. She was loved.
