My sympathies to the family. I had Mrs. Ehrlich as a 4th grader and as an 8th grader and Immaculate Conception, and she was my most memorable teacher. She was firm, yet very fair. She would have us clip newspaper articles out of the paper and summarize them, and I think it helped me to become a life-long newspaper reader. It's been over 30 years, but I still recall her fondly. I'm glad to hear that she had a long life after retirement.
