Obituary of Neil Ketterer
Ketterer, Neil M. age 81 of Midland Park died Thursday, February 20, 2014. Born in Philadelphia, PA he moved to Midland Park 55 years ago. Before his retirement he was a Mechanical Contractor for Courter & Co. Neil was a parishioner of Church of the Nativity, Midland Park. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Midland Park and the Thursday Ridgewood Pompton Men's Bowling League. Surviving are his children, Raymond of North Haledon, David of Raritan, Gary of Lancaster, PA, James of Warwick, NY and Joan DeBow of Oakland. Also surviving are his 14 grandchildren and his sisters, Jacqueline Nicholas of Tucson, AZ and Gloria Miller of Milton, DE. He was predeceased by his wife Mildred (Wolf) Ketterer in 2012. Visiting Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral Mass Monday 9:30 am at Church of the Nativity, 315 Prospect St. Midland Park, NJ. Interment, Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005 would be appreciated.
