Please know and always remember how much I loved your Mother and Father, and all of you. I wanted to see all of you on Wed night, but I have the flu. Your Mom was a second Mother to me, and when I heard of her passing, I remember how she cried when my own Mother passed. The tears flow again for both of them. How I wish I could have seen all of you.
Not a day goes by without one of you popping into my head, especially Edward. I will always love you all. Take care of yourselves.
I will always remember checking the counter in the kitchen for leftovers.
One of my favorites was string beans with tomatoes and potatoes. I still make them, but none have compared to your Mom's.
Please, all of you, remember how much you have meant in my life. God gave us memories so we could have roses in December. You are all my roses.
