Obituary of Wilhelm Gesang

Gesang, Wilhelm H. age 75 of Midland Park died Tuesday, February 26, 2008. Born in Fulda, Germany he came to the United States in 1952 and has been a resident of Midland Park for 45 years. Wilhelm was a Army veteran who served from 1954-1956. He was a Master Tile Setter with Tile Layers Union # 52 of New York. A member of the Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ridgewood. Surviving is his beloved wife Inge A. Gesang, and his loving son, Glenn and his wife Jo Ann Gesang of New Rochelle, NY. His Brother Alfred and his wife Maria Gesang of Germany and his two grandchildren, Dane and Dylan. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces and nephews. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral Service Saturday 10 a.m. at Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 155 Linwood Ave. Ridgewood, NJ. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
