Obituary of Dorothy Wynbeek
WYNBEEK, Dorothy (nee Zuidema) age 97 of Wyckoff, formerly of North Haledon, went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 31, 2012. Born and raised in Prospect Park, Dorothy lived in North Haledon for 45 years before moving to the Christian Health Care Center in 1999. She was a member of the Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Paterson where she was a member of the choir, Cedar Hill Christian Reformed Church of Wyckoff and attended services at the Christian Health Care Center where she was a greeter and distributed hymnals. Surviving are her children, Len, Dot and her husband Bruce Beltman, Buzz and his wife Linda and John and his wife Mary, her grandchildren, Debi Braunius, Len, Jr., Karen Vielee, Jim, Anna Ellerbroek, Rick, Angela, David and Leah and 11 great grandchildren. Dorothy was pre-deceased by her husband, Adrian in 2000, also her four sisters, five brothers and her daughter-in-law, Ruth Wynbeek. Interment will be in the Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 9:30 AM. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ. Visiting is Thursday, January 3, 2013, 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Health Care Center, 301 Sicomac Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481.
