Martin and his mom, Philippa, lived in our apartment in Staten Island when they first arrived from England. We so enjoyed them during our time together and I remember his love of sports way back then. Prayers go out to his wife and family, to his mom, Philippa, and to all who knew him and mourn his loss. Martin interacted with the radiology staff on both our hospital campuses on a regular basis, as our departments collaborated on video swallowing exams. He was dedicated, skilled, he was always pleasant, and he cherished the patients with whom he worked. Martin was a health care hero long before COVID changed our world. Our staff was devastated to learn of his passing. I know I can speak for everyone in Radiology when I send our sincerest sympathies to his family.

I was devastated to hear about Martins passing . We would always find time to talk when he came to the unit, about patients , England and the Premiere League . I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say that Martin will be missed terribly. My condolences to his family. I am so very sorry.
