We were Dotti's neighbors for almost 30 years. She was always so kind and took consummate pride in the beauty and upkeep of her property. People walking by would always stop and gaze at the loveliness of her yard. It was always a pleasure to chat with her on the phone or in the yard. We will miss her. With deepest sympathy.
