Dave and I have been classmates from middle school thru college and then into adult life. Dave had a way of making anyone laugh with his harmless impressions of classmates. I always knew it was going to be fun night as long as Dave was going to be there. His presence will be missed every new years and high school reunion. Rest in peace and may God bless Kate and Veronica

Dave was a large man with a gentle streak. I really think he preferred the gentle, social, funny side of things. The meaning of his loss to his family and to the community will be great. I have seen him be silly, tender, and thoughtful. I will miss him as well.

I have worked with Dave for many years now and you could not find a nicer ,caring and fair guy. He was especially kind to our Customer Service Group with comments of gratitude. Every year at Christmas, Dave would never fail send us a gift card for our group to have Christmas dinner together.
I always looked forward to his visits to the main office and spending time catching up. Rest in Peace Dave ! Katie and Veronica please know that your Draper family is thinking and praying for you. It has been a couple difficult days when we heard of his passing. Love to you all.

My sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Dave. You are in my thoughts and prayers and hoping you find some peace and comfort at this difficult time. Trapper was one of a kind, the best friend a person could have. He could tell a funny story like no one else and was always eager to put a smile on your face, which he always did. David will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. We are so happy we got to spend a day with him on his boat this past fall. It was a beautiful day in every possible way. I had the honor of Dave giving me away at my 2002 wedding and a second honor of being asked to be Godmother to Kate and Dave's beloved Veronica. My husband Chris and I have so many fond memories of our dearest friend, "the gentle giant"....gone too soon. May shared memories of our witness to his love of life, humor, kindness and larger than life personality bring all of us comfort and an ability to cope with our sorrow during this very difficult time.
