My mother, Bernice Plyley, and Arlene were best friends since kindergarten. That is an amazing friendship. I lost my precious mother in 2009. A few years ago I reconnected with sweet Arlene and we visited so many memories of my Mom and Dad, and her and Luke. We shared meals (i especially remember the pizza and cannolis!) and drove around Midland Park and Ridgewood talking about the past. I learned things about my mom I didn’t know. I will always cherish that time with Arlene. Rest In Peace dear lady. I will miss you. Now you and Mom can see each other again.
