I have terrific memories of Bill and Valerie at the Ivory Family reunions in Norwich, NY.
We both attended the event for 30 years,
Bill was a great entertainer & loved conversation.
A very upbeat guy, he had great appreciation of life, family and friends.
Through those years I recognized that he and Valerie enjoyed a warm & successful marriage.
This was such sad news.
With great affection,
Janet Ivory

I went to high school with Bill and worked with him at Foodtown back in the 70's. He had a great sense of humor and the best mustache of any of the other guys...which he obviously kept throughout his life. He had a big old blue van that had the seats removed but had a carpeted interior that we all used to pile into on trips to the drive-in where we would drink beer and watch movies. Those were the days!

My Most Heartfelt Condolences and Deepest Sympathies go out to the Ivory Family and all of Bill's Loved Ones.
Bill was a Wonderful Person and probably the MOST enthusiastic Devils & Packers Fan ever!
Loved sharing cheering on our two favorite teams with "Mr. Bill".

Bill was one of the finest men I had ever met. He always smiled. He was so devoted to his wife, Val, his daughter, Laura and his entire family. I can never think of Wildwood, the Devils, Cardinals, or Packers without thinking of him. I can never understand why God takes good people like him away from us. RIP Bill.

My heart hurts. Mr. Bill was a friend. A friendship that developed from a Face Book Page of the town that we grew up in. We shared stories and memories of that town and realized that we had a lot in common. He was the "Music Director" of that Face Book page...and he was good at it. His love of music was obvious. Mr. Bill's "Song of the Day" became OUR Song of the Day. I witnessed his love of sports and his dedication and enthusiasm for the Devils, Cardinals and Packers. It was obvious from his posts how much he loved his wife Val, his daughter Laura and his grand kids Dan and Jenna...and how much they loved him. I will miss him. He was a good man...and if my Catholic faith is accurate, I know he is now in a place where he doesn't have to endure pain...I am hopeful that he knows how much he meant to people...and hopefully it evokes a smile or two. Mr. Bill Rest in Peace. "You done good" during your time with us, I am happy that you and I crossed paths in this life. (Steve Murphy, Oakland, NJ)
