Obituary of Ethel Yale Hamilton

Ethel Florence Yale Hamilton died December 1, 2018 in Ridgewood, NJ at Family of Caring at Van Dyk.  She was born in 1918 to Frederick and L'Nita Yale in Claryville, NY. In 1940 she was married to Rev. Richard R Hamilton. They were married for 55 years and are survived by three children Richard R.Hamilton, Jr (Paula), Nancy Jo Reinauer (Wayne) and Thomas Lee Hamilton (Chris), 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Ethel had a passion to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Together with her husband they ministered to people in the pastorates and abroad with World Vision International. After her husband's passing she devoted herself to teaching women in Bible classes.

A memorial service will be held in the spring at Cornerstone Christian Church, 495 Wyckoff Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ.  Contributions may be made in her name to Cornerstone Christian Church.  Arrangements by the Vander Plaat Funeral Home of Wyckoff, www.vpfh.com.
