Obituary of Daisy Perske

Daisy Perske, age 91, of Wyckoff, passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2018 in her home. She was born in Brooklyn, raised in Germany, and a resident of Wyckoff for the past 53 years. Daisy dedicated her life to caring for and raising her family. Daisy is survived by her loving daughters: Janet Morrison of Waldwick and Linda Ringley and her husband, Robert, of Wyckoff.  Daisy, better known as Omi, will be forever remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren: Joseph Morrison, wife Allison, and their daughter, Andrea; Jennifer Nahum, husband Jason, and their daughter Penelope; Robbie Ringley and his fiancée Alyssa Synol; and Jaclyn Ringley. Daisy was predeceased by her cherished husband, Werner Perske in 2005. Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 15, from 4 to 8 PM at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff, NJ. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, November 16 at the funeral home. A private cremation will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Daisy’s memory may be made to the Wyckoff Volunteer Ambulance Corps, PO Box 214, Wyckoff, NJ 07481.
