Obituary of Tammy Gordon Jacobs

Tammy Gordon Jacobs, 56, passed away on January 20th, 2018 after fighting a courageous battle against brain cancer. She was at home in Germantown, Tn. surrounded by her loving family. Tammy was a Registered Nurse for Baptist Hospital and loved working with her colleagues. She was an outstanding mother and devoted wife always putting the interests of her son Michael and husband Ed first. Her work ethic was second to none. The love she had for her family and friends will never be forgotten. She is survived by husband Ed; a son Michael; mother Nancy Gordon of Ft. Myers Florida; brother Thomas Gordon, his wife Michele, of Wyckoff NJ; nephews: Tommy, Chris and Ryan; and a sister Sandy Gordon of Hawthorne NJ.
