Obituary of Claudia Beth Morrison

Claudia Morrison, age 64, of Little Falls, NJ passed away peacefully on September 7th, 2017 at Villa Marie Claire Hospice Home, Saddle River, NJ after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 25, 1953 to Vera and Robert Morrison of Huntington Station, NY.  Claudia is lovingly remembered by her two brothers, Craig and Keith Morrison, her sister in law Betsy Morrison, two nephews Kyle and Ryan and a niece, Kate Morrison.  She worked for 9 years at the Mental Health Association of New Jersey as a peer counselor and a manger helping people who were dealing with mental health issues. Claudia was a generous, loving and compassionate woman who was respected and admired by her family, friends and coworkers.  She loved animals especially her 17 year old cat, Zack.  Special thanks to the nurses at Villa Marie Claire whose compassionate care for Claudia was much appreciated by her family in her final days.  At her own request, her body was privately cremated. Details regarding a memorial service to celebrate Claudia’s life will be announced shortly.
