Obituary of Beatrice M. Flaker

Beatrice M. (nee Shatwell).  Age 102.  Passed away August 3, 2017.   Beloved wife of the late Jacob Flaker, former Wyckoff Mayor and Township Clerk.  Devoted mother of Jacob (Lois) Flaker, Bettylu (Bill) Bryan, and Susan (Marty) Aschoff.  Loving grandmother of 11; great grandmother of 26, and great-great grandmother of 3.  Beatrice was a charter member of Ladies Auxiliary Fire Protection Company #1.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 15th at 11am at George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Rd., Paramus, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Beatrice’s memory can be made to the First Baptist Church of Greenhills, 11195 Winton Rd., Greenhills, OH  45218.  Arrangements handled by Vander Plaat Funeral Home, Wyckoff, NJ.
