Obituary of Alice Connolly

Alice Connolly, (nee Pelicart) age 91 of Pompton Plains died Monday, July 10, 2017 at her home.

Born in Paterson she resided there for over 20 years before moving to Cherry Hill.  From Cherry Hill, she resided in Fair Lawn for 25 years and then moving to Cedar Crest, Pompton Plains, 11 years ago.  Alice was a Homemaker and a former parishioner of St. Therese R.C. Church, Paterson. 

Beloved mother of Mary Harrall and her husband Dick of Rumford, RI, Barbara Lembo of Franklin Lakes, NJ, Eileen Toye and her husband Cliff of Tabernacle, NJ, and Catherine Lizzi and her husband Brian of Cherry Hill, NJ.  Adoring grandmother, of Emily Wise, Andrew Harrall, Gregory Lembo, Erin Hanlon, Allison Lizzi, Genna Toye, Grant Toye and Anthony Lizzi and her nine great grandchildren.

Her special friend, Genevieve Paulhus, of Fair Lawn,  who was like a sister to her for over 80 years and her two nieces, Pat Huebner and Paula Zeliff-Murphy.  She was predeceased her husband Paul E. Connolly in 1999.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017, 12:30 pm at the Interfaith Chapel of Cedar Crest Village, 1 Cedar Crest , Pompton Plains, NJ 07444.  Private Cremation was held.  A private interment in the Family plot will be held.
