Obituary of Conrad A. Episcopo

Conrad A. Episcopo, 51 of Wyckoff, passed away on June 16, 2017. He was an IT Manager with NEX Group. He was a beloved son to Conrad and Pina Episcopo and cherished brother to Ella Kinney and her husband, John. He was a devoted uncle to Emma, Caitlin and Jack, and he will be greatly missed by his dear aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Born in Jersey City, he moved to South Orange at a young age and attended Seton Hall Prep, where he excelled academically and was a member of the varsity football and swim teams. He attended Cornell University, where he studied engineering and was a member of the football team. He received his master’s degree in engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. One of the only things he loved more than the beach was doting on his nieces and nephew. The Episcopo family will receive friends on Monday 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home (www.vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff.  A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 787 Franklin Lakes Road, Franklin Lakes. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Conrad’s name to:  Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts and Sciences, 120 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach Twp., NJ 08008.
