Dear Barbara, Raymond and David,
I recently googled your dear parents as I hadn't heard from them in a couple years. I am so sorry for your loss.
So many wonderful memories! I met your folks when I was beginning my senior year at Westwood High School and saw them frequently when they visited my folks; they were wonderful neighbor. You might remember that I baby sat for you, all three, for a couple years. Their new home on Eagle Hill Drive, which I think you helped design, Barbara, was my dream home.
Your mom was always an inspiration for me. You all had such a happy home; she was so good to her parents and your dad's. I visited an aunt (?) of your mom's when a friend and I traveled to Switzerland. They were so good to us, bringing us to their home for dinner. I looked forward to news of you all every Christmas.
I spoke to both your parents about two years ago. They were surprised that Bob and I were so old--always an interesting phenomenon. They did have such a good marriage, and I apologize for not writing sooner.
With warm wishes,
Mary Jane
