Obituary of Theresa H. Sinacori

Theresa H. “Terry” (Coyle) age 91 passed away surrounded by family on November 16, 2016 after a brief illness. She was the daughter of Leo and Helen Coyle. She was born in Paterson, NJ and lived in Waldwick for 70 years. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 1971. Terry was the loving mother of JoAnn Leonard and her husband Michael and Helena Lenc and her husband Stanley. She was the proud grandmother of Allison and Kevin Collucci, Beth and Michael McGovern, Daniel and Sheri Lenc, Patrick and Meredith Leonard, Jeffrey and Suzanne Lenc and 11 great-grandchildren. Terry is the oldest surviving member of the Waldwick Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She worked for IBM in Franklin Lakes until her retirement in 1988 and for Marriott Corporation for several years thereafter. She was a member of St. Luke’s Church in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. She is survived by her brother Leo Coyle, sisters Agnes Corasio, Helen Swan and Bernice Coyle and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Richard and Robert Coyle, and sisters Ruth Andrychewicz, Evelyn Ackerman, Patricia DeProspo and Rosalind Azua. Family will receive friends at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ on Sunday, November 20th from 3-8pm. Funeral mass at St. Luke’s Church, Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ on Monday, November 21st at 10am. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Terry’s honor to St. Jude Tribute Program, P.O.
