Obituary of Lucille Claire Fairless

Fairless, Lucille Claire age 90 of Midland Park, NJ died Friday, October 14, 2016. Born in Passaic she was a life-long resident of Midland Park. She was a former member of Faith Reformed Church, Midland Park and attended the Northwest Bergen Senior Center. Before her retirement Lucille was a Customer Service Representative for Paulist Press, Mahwah, NJ for 20 years. Surviving are her two sons, David and his wife Samantha of Midland Park and James and his wife Sharon, of Mahwah, her three granddaughters, Theresa, Olivia, Juliana and her two step-grandchildren, Frankie and Melissa Holtham. Also surviving is her brother, Arthur DeRose (Sandra) of Clifton and her sister, Linda Peek (James), East Haven, CT, and her loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband James Fairless in 1981, her sister Marilyn Kruithof and her brother, James DeRose. Visiting Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral Service Tuesday 10 am at the funeral home followed by the interment at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson.
