Dear John, Cindy and John -
I just learned today of Jane's passing, and offer my deepest sympathy to all of you. I know how hard it is to lose a parent at such a young age as Cindy and John, having lost my own father when I was only 33. And John, it will most likely be the hardest on you, but I know you strong faith will carry you through it.
I'm so sorry that I will not be able to attend either the wake or the funeral mass, as I will be on an OLPH retreat from Friday early afternoon through Sunday. Please be assured that my prayers this weekend will be with all of you.
May Jane rest in peace.
