I feel blessed that we were able to unite our families with the marriage of Gerrit and Marianne. I have many fond memories of holidays, celebrations, Penn State football games, ballets and Neil and Kristen's milestones that we shared together.
Even though in our hearts we know that it was Gerry's time, it will be difficult without him in our lives.
John and I will make a donation to Doctors Without Borders in Gerry's memory.
