Obituary of James Rigoli
Rigoli, James, age 48, of Wyckoff lost his battle to cancer on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Jim passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Suffern, NY, where he spent his earlier years, before moving to Pearl River, NY and then to Wyckoff, NJ in 2001. He was a Certified Public Accountant with Tory Burch in New York, NY. Jim was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth’s RC Church, Wyckoff, NJ. Jim was an avid sports lover and a “die hard” fan of the NY Mets and NY Jets. He also loved spending time with his family at their summer home on Long Beach Island. Jim is survived by his devoted wife, Keri (nee Kroth), his loving daughters; Gabriella, Sophia and Francesca, who were the sunshine in his life. Along with his brothers and sisters; Joanne (Paul) Ciccone of New Windsor, NY, Richard (Paula) Rigoli of Tuxedo, NY, Joseph (Victoria) Rigoli of Parsippany, NJ, Raymond (Kelly) Rigoli of Wayne, NJ, Jean (Dave) Dowling of Tuxedo, NY, Janet (Paul) Beckerle of Pearl River, NY. Also surviving are his 14 nieces and nephews who benefited from his boundless love and support for them all. He is predeceased by his parents, Joseph L. and Jean Rigoli and a niece, Corrine Rigoli. Jim will be sorely missed by his family, his friends, co-workers and all whose life journey crossed paths with Jim. The family will receive friends on Friday, 1:00-4:00 and 6:00-9:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, 10:00 AM at St. Elizabeth RC Church, 700 Wyckoff Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481 with the interment to follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
