Dear Lont Family:
Gladys was such a warm and lovely person who made people feel welcome and cared for. She was always very sweet to me, and I knew that I could always count on her for a big smile whenever she saw me at Cornerstone. I am sorry for your loss, for I know that she will be greatly missed.
