Obituary of Eleanor Watts

Eleanor Watts (nee Birchenough), 83, died Thursday, June 14, 2007. Born in Wyckoff, she was a life-long resident and a member of the Wyckoff Reformed Church. Daughter of the late John and Jennie Birchenough and sister of the late William and John Birchenough. She is survived by her husband Elmer, her two daughters; Jennifer Kearney Van Duren and husband Richard Van Duren of Big Torch Key, FL, and Elizabeth and husband Michael Miller of Titusville, NJ, her four sons; James and wife Linda Meyers of Annandale, VA, Thomas and wife Deborah Morone of Pompton Lakes, Charles and wife Shelley of Wallingford, VT, and Clifford and wife Debra Rounds of Westminster, VT. Also survived by her five grandchildren; Edward Kearney IV, Alexandra Pare, MacKenzie Kearney, Jonathan Watts and Cameron Watts, one great-grandchild, Edward Kearney V, her sister Edna Flynn of St. Louis, MO, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Eleanor had a variety of interesting jobs and volunteered her time to many organizations throughout her life. She loved and enjoyed her family, her many friends, her church, her flower gardens and her birds. Cremation was private. A memorial service will be held at the Wyckoff Reformed Church 580 Wyckoff Ave. Wyckoff, NJ 07481, on Sunday, June 17, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Private interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Meals on Wheels Association of America 203 S. Union St. Alexandria, VA 22314 or Wyckoff Reformed Church, would be appreciated. www.vpfh.com
