Obituary of Elizabeth Roeder

Elizabeth M. (Betty) Roeder, (nee Maurer), age 85 of Wyckoff died Thursday, May 10, 2007 at Van Dyk Manor Nursing Home, Ridgewood. Born in Nesquehoning, PA she was a resident of Leonia for 45 years before moving to Wyckoff 6 years ago. Betty was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Leonia and the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post # 145, Leonia. Surviving is her son, Douglas and his wife Debi Roeder of Wyckoff, her grandchildren, Courtney and her husband Brian Kean, Kelly Roeder and Kyle Roeder. Also surviving is her great granddaughter, Grace Elizabeth Kean. She was predeceased by her husband, Jesse in 1994. The family will receive friends on Monday from 9:30 �" 10:00 a.m. at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. www.vpfh.com
