Obituary of Regina Schaub

SCHAUB, Regina P. (nee Percey) age 82 of Wyckoff died peacefully on Sunday, September 9, 2007 at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Regina was born and raised in Paterson, and came to Wyckoff in 1955. In her early career Regina worked in a management position for N.J. Bell Telephone in Paterson. She was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth's R. C. Church in Wyckoff and long time member of the Wyckoff Woman's Club where she served as Treasurer for more than 20 years. Regina was an avid Bridge Player and belonged to the St. Elizabeth's and Valley Hospital Bridge Clubs. Surviving is her loving husband of 59 years, Warren D. Schaub, her devoted children, Carol Lavin of Yardley, PA, Gail Sharp of Libertyville, IL, Pamela Fischer of Ringwood, and Stephen W. Schaub of Glen Rock. Regina also leaves her nine adoring grandchildren, Christopher, Erin, Allison, Brian, Matthew, Daniel, Kelly, Kathryn, and Michael, two great grandchildren, Skylar and Ella, and her sisters and brother, Marjorie Finley, Barbara Vogel, William Percey and many nieces and nephews. Regina was pre-deceased by her sister Dorothea Ryan. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 9:30 am from the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, (www.vpfh.com) 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral mass will follow 10:00 am at St. Elizabeth's R.C.Church, 700 Wyckoff Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ. Interment will be in the Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa. Visiting is Wednesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wyckoff Volunteer Ambulance Corps, P.O.Box 214, Wyckoff, NJ 07481.
