I am deeply saddened by the loss of my beloved friend. For nearly 30 years we were part of each others life. Closer than sisters ever could be. My heart is with Clifford and Claire and all of the family at this sad time. I am relieved that she is no longer in pain or suffering the limitations of her body. Her fearless spirit and determination inspired my life. Together we created many wonderful theatrical, artistic and fashionable designs and brought out the best in each others talents. The shadow of her passing darkened the moon last night, and her luminescence and vitality and beauty paled the light of the sky. Forever she will be in my heart. with Love Jane Collins Volkmann

I knew Maribeth through Jane. I appreciated her gifts and talents in her arts and crafts abilities and her ability to have a positive out look on life even when things were tough. She has been an inspiration to me in my own life and she will be missed.

Maribeth came into my life through Jane. She was constantly upbeat and humorous, even though the darkest of times. She faced the troubles of her life with courage and strength and is an example to us all. My condolences go to Cliff and all of her family.

Maribeth was a generous and loving friend. I will always have the fondest memories of her lust for life and how she taught so many of us what is means to enjoy everyday. She was a loving care giver and "aunt" to my daughter, Taylor. I am so thankful that Maribeth was such an important part of her formative years. No one could have cared for our daughter more lovingly than MB. She truly gave of herself in so many ways. I was blessed to have her as a friend. I know how much Maribeth loved her family and how much she was loved by her mother and siblings. My heart goes out to all of you and I know how much she will be missed. If I searched the world over I would never find a more loving or caring husband than Cliff. There are no words to describe the amazing love you shared. Our hearts and prayers are with you. Love, Jayne & Taylor

Clifford & Family, I was so sorry to hear of Maribeth's passing. Even though I knew her briefly, I sensed that she was stellar- a strong, beautiful, and very special woman. With deepest sympathy, Gail
