To the Moody family: I just wanted to offer my deepest condolensces on the entirely premature loss of Alfred. I was a friend of Al's throughout high school and I will always remember the good times we had, his energy for life, and his clever wit. He had an uncanny ability to crack me up at will! Although Al struggled at times with life on life's terms, as we all do, there is no doubt in my mind that he is right now in a place that is beyond his wildest dreams. I will miss Alfred and my thoughts are with you, his family, at this most trying time. Sincerely, Will Kennedy

Our deepest sympathies to all of the Moody family. I met Alfred on the first day of kindergarten at Ridge School in 1973. I have many great memories of the years which followed. We lost touch many years ago, yet hearing this news left me shocked and saddened. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. -Michael Cobban and Family

To Judy and family, I send my deepest condolences and my prayers that God will grant you strength at this time of sadness. I am so sorry that Al was taken from you at such a young age. I will always remember Al with great fondness with his wonderful sense of humor, handsome smile and ability to make people feel better at their lowest points. He was the kid at school that would throw an arm around someone, joke and you couldn't help but laugh and smile. I wish that we could be there for you and with you at this time of sorrow to throw our arms around you like he did for us. All of my love and prayers. Dawn Foxon and family

Dear Courtenay When Al and I always got together at my sister Lisa's house when they were together we had such great times laughing, having fun and he always made my day brighter. I was lucky to have had the chance to have him come into my life. I will miss him very much and there is a day that does not go by without thinking of him because there is someone that looks just like him on TV and every time I see that person I think of Al. So I will never forget him that is for sure. He will always be in my thought and prayers and may the angels watch over him and man he rest in peace now. Sincerely, Shelley Klein

Dear Judy, Courtenay and family, It is with great sadness that I send you my deepest condolences for the loss of Alfred. He was a lovable and funny person whom I know you will miss dearly. I will always remember his great smile, ability to make me laugh and kind hearted soul. I also remember our competitive tennis matches, his late night cab rides home from my house, our long-distance phone bills and his great omelettes. Of course I also remember all the trouble we used to get into...I pierced his ear one day and Judy was none too pleased! I am so sorry that his life ended too soon but only pray that he will be in a place with great love and peace and father and son will be once again united. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Julia Koenig
