Obituary of David Hinnes
Hinnes, David P. age 79 of Midland Park died Saturday, November 13, 2010. Born in Ridgewood, he lived most of his life in Midland Park. He was a Korean Army veteran who served from 1951-1954 and a member of VFW Post, Midland Park. Before his retirement Mr. Hinnes was a Sales Manager for Equifax Services for 34 years. He was a member of Faith Reformed Church, Midland Park. Surviving is his wife Betty (nee Dykstra) Hinnes of Midland Park, his children, Cynthia A. Ver Hage and her husband Glenn of Midland Park, NJ, James Hinnes and his wife Lori of Wantage, NJ and Karen Vasile and her husband Joseph of Waterford, VA. Also surviving are his 7 grandchildren, Michael and his wife Katie Ver Hage, Elizabeth Ver Hage, Jason Ver Hage, Kelly Hinnes, Lauren Hinnes, Sarah Vasile and James Vasile, and his 2 great grandchildren, Madison and Mia Ver Hage and his sister, Elizabeth Langendoen of Franklin Lakes. He was predeceased by his sister, Lois Remley. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral Service Wednesday 10:30 am at Faith Reformed Church, 95 Prospect St. Midland Park, NJ. Interment Valleau Cemetery, Ridgewood. Memorial Contributions to Alzheimer's Association, 400 Morris Ave. Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834 would be appreciated.
