Obituary of Nancy Steinbruch

STEINBRUCH, Nancy H. (nee Haines) age 81 of Mahwah, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday, September 13, 2010. Born in Springfield, MA, Nancy lived in Mahwah for the past 57 years. She worked as a Media Director for the Mahwah Public Library for 43 years before her retirement in 2005. Nancy was a member of the Cornerstone Christian Church in Wyckoff. A talented artist, Nancy thoroughly enjoyed her friends in her painting groups. Surviving is her loving husband of 59 years, Richard E. Steinbruch, her devoted children, Robert W. and his wife Cheryl and Michael R. and his wife Amy all of Wyckoff and her daughter, Fidencia Castrillo of Ramsey. Nancy also leaves her adoring grandchildren, Dana, Brittney, Kurt, Jaclyn and Courtney. The Steinbruch family will receive friends on Thursday 2:00 until 4:00 and 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home (www.vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ. A memorial service will be held Friday 10:00 AM at the Cornerstone Christian Church, 495 Wyckoff Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cornerstone Christian Church.
