Obituary of John Moore

Moore, John W. age 73 of Waldwick, formerly of Bergenfield died Monday, August 30, 2010. Born in Brooklyn, NY he lived in Bergenfield before moving to Waldwick 24 years ago. Before his retirement John was the VP of Sales for Elon Tile Company Inc. of Millwood, NY for 25 years. He was a parishioner of Church of the Presentation, Upper Saddle River. Surviving is his wife, Kathleen (nee McLaughlin) Moore of Waldwick, his children, Dawn Moore of Waldwick, Douglas and his wife Christine Moore of Waldwick and Kellie and her husband Stephen Lysik of Waldwick. Also surviving are his 8 grandchildren, Kyle, Megan, Erin, Ryan Moore and Brendan, Aidan, Kaitlyn and Ryleigh Lysik. He is also survived by his sister, Barbara Rossi of Farmingville, NY and his brother, Robert Moore of Brooklyn, NY. Visiting, Thursday 6-9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral Service Friday 9:30 am at the Funeral Home followed by the burial in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
