Obituary of Frank Grosso

GROSSO, Dr. Frank A., age 84, died on Friday, June 18, 2010. Born in Palermo, Italy, he lived in Saddle River for the last 44 years. Dr. Grosso was board certified in family medicine and served his community for 49 years. He held the position of Chief of Staff for Riverdell Hospital of Oradell and Police Surgeon for Waldwick. He provided emergency medicine at Bergen Pines County Hospital for 15 years. He was a parishioner of St. Gabriel's R.C. Church of Saddle River. In his leisure time Frank loved to fish. Frank is survived by his beloved wife Louise to whom he was married to for 59 years, his five children: Mario A. of Wilbraham, MA, Dominick A. and wife Marianne of Fair Haven, Linda M. Grosso of Waldwick, Paul of HoHoKus, and Frank A. and wife Maria Lourdes Grosso of Ridgefield Park. Also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild and his sister Helen Latronica and husband Vincent of Hopewell Junction, NY. All will miss him dearly.
