Obituary of Henry Wise

WISE, Henry P. age 77 of Wyckoff, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the New Jersey State Fireman's Home in Boonton. Henry was employed by the Borough of HoHoKus on the Department of Public Works for many years before his retirement. He was a member of Protection Fire Company # 1 in Wyckoff and served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Henry was a 1954 graduate of Georgetown University. Surviving is his loving companion of more than 35 years, Carol E. Banks, his son Stephen Wise Lawrence of Cornwall on Hudson, NY and his daughter Meg Wise Lawrence of Forest Hills, NY. He also leaves behind his companion's son, Glenn Banks of Wyckoff and her daughter Nancy Snyder of Andover, 9 grandchildren and his sisters Pat Lamb and Frances Portley. Henry was pre-deceased by his brother Andrew in 1985. Funeral service and cremation will be private.
