Obituary of Collette Chacanios

Collette F. Chacanios (nee Miller), age 82 of Cherry Hill and formerly of Midland Park, died on Monday, August 27, 2007. Collette was a homemaker and a former parishioner of Church of the Nativity, Midland Park. She is survived by her three dear daughters; Catina and her husband Donald Strauss of Sugar Loaf, NY, Corrine and her husband Robert Anzovinio of Midland Park, and Pauline and her husband Edward Magee of Alloway, NJ, her seven grandchildren; Jennifer, Donna, Steven, Christopher, Arthur, Pamela and Samantha, and two great grandchildren; Dylan and Peyton. She is also survived by her sister Lillian Fusco, Erna Imperiale, her brother Edward Miller and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Arthur in 1982. Friends may visit the family on Thursday, 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Olthuis Funeral Home, 159 Godwin Ave. Midland Park. A mass celebrating Collette's life will follow, 11:00 AM at Church of the Nativity, 315 Prospect Street, Midland Park. Private cremation will follow.
