Obituary of Donald Haring

Haring, Donald R. age 57 of Wanaque died suddenly on Saturday, July 25, 2009, in East Hampton, NY. Born in Hackensack, Don was raised in Ridgewood NJ by his loving mother Mary and the late Roger Haring. He was predeceased by his brother Robert in 1998. Donald was a Salesman for Independent Overhead Door of Edison, NJ. Don is survived by his adoring wife Wendy T. Burns and his step-children, Tara and Nick Burns. He is also survived by his sister, Heather Keeley of Auburn, NH, his sisters- in- law, Ellen Haring and Cindy Seeman, and uncle Tom Hemphill. He will be sadly missed by his nephews, Randy, Corey, Greg and Ryan and his niece, Kelly. Don also leaves his daughter, Hali Haring of California. Don was an avid surfer in California, New Jersey and East Hampton. His recent passion for tennis brought him much joy. Don will be missed by his Arabian Horse Ghaz-it-all, and Willow & Gus. He was a friend of Bill W. for 20 years. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. Private cremation will be held.
