Aunt Gerry…… If there is Happiness in our hearts, It’s because you helped put it there. Aunt Gerry was a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and a dear friend to many. She was all about family. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. Her eyes just lit up whenever she talk about them. I can remember… simple moments in time … A phone call from one of her grandchildren, a graduation, a promotion, an award or an achievement. A son and his family dropping in. It filled her with such joy. Not a day went by when she wasn’t giving to someone. A helping hand, a homemade dish ………(and she had many) A thoughtful word, a card, a prayer , a kiss. So many blankets she crocheted. So many gifts for someone’s special day. She always had something on her plate. Doing something for someone else, and never missed a birth date. She was a religious woman too. Strong in her faith. Devoting many hours to her parish. If God granted her one wish before she passed, she would have said “ I wish I had more time to spend with my family.” That’s what made Aunt Gerry so special. Her complete unconditional love for her family. She found the joy not just in the doing of a thoughtful act, but more from the joy it gave to the one who received it from her. Aunt Gerry…… If there is Happiness in our hearts, it’s because you helped put it there. We love you, will miss you, and you’ll always be in our hearts.

Aunt Gerri, We are glad to know that you are now at peace. You fought such a hard battle, and you did it with grace, dignity and perseverance. We will miss you, especially your delicious lemon cookies that always made their way onto the table at family gatherings! Your greatest legacy lives on in the lives of your children and grandchildren who all possess such a love of life, and love of family which undoubtedly comes from you. We will always remember you as a kind and caring women who made it a priority to make others know that you thought they were special. Jess will always remember how you would make it a point to wish her a Happy Hanukah on your Christmas cards, it’s the little things like that which define the woman you were. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family and we hope that only the happiest of memories fill your hearts for years to come.

Dear Stephen Today our thoughts are for you, for your father, for your brothers but over all they are for her, your mother. I remember her with great, great love.I can not forget her image when you came back from Cilento (Punta Licosa) in 2005. She embrassed me just like a sister. I was struck by her love and was very happy. I remeber also her enthusiasm on preparing a lot of kind of pizza for us the last time we came to the USA. Please give our condolences and greetings to your family. I big embraceto you from me, Zio Arcangelo, Barbara e Laura. Love from Italy, Zia MariaDomenica

Grandma, I will always remember your huge amounts of love, support, laughter, and memories through the years. It will be deep in my heart forever. I'll always remember going to your house for dinner. One of the boys would bring up a hot topic and everyone would start screaming witty things across the table, trying to get their thoughts out one after the other...I would always glance at you and see you with your head in your hand in your same seat, laughing at us. I will greatly miss your laughter, which would always bring me laughter. I remember being younger and going to your house. We would play Chinese checkers, war and go-fish with cards, and you even taught me how to crochet all while the Food Network or All My Children was on. You loved all of your grandchildren and cherished every moment with us. No matter how busy you were, you always remembered everything going on with us. You were always checking up on us; making sure we were doing well in school, how we did on our report cards, and if there are any events coming up. She would drop anything to be there for us and would always be so proud of us with whatever we did. I'll always remember going to your house for pizza. Pizza never meant 2-3 boxes of Anthony & Mario's...it meant the whole kitchen filled with tons of rectangle metal trays of pizza, spinach pie, and 'mookie' pie EVERYWHERE. I'll always remember hearing my driveway monitor go off and see grandpa's car out the window. I always knew that in a few minutes grandpa would be walking through the door with a plastic container filled with yummy food with a Foodtown bag over it. Inside would be tomatoes and eggs, perpets, and so much more. If I even mentioned something that I was craving, the next day, it would be on the counter in my kitchen. I know when you heard about me going to college in Florida you were nervous. Now you get to watch and be with me through the whole experience. Even though there were always boys around me, I was your "Princess" and I always will be. I love you and will miss you greatly. Love, Arielle
