Obituary of Jean Flaker

FLAKER, Jean I., age 91, of Ridgewood, died on Saturday, June 6, 2009. Born in Ridgewood, she lived there for many years before recently moving to Midland Park. Jean was a member of Westside Presbyterian Church, Ridgewood. She served as media secretary in the Orchard School Library until her retirement. She was a member of Highlights in Leisure Time (H.I.L.T.) where she served as corresponding secretary for many years. Jean was predeceased by her beloved husband John, to whom she was married for 66 years, this past April. Surviving is her son, John R. Flaker of Fair Lawn.
