Obituary of Myles Williamson

Williamson, Myles age 85 of Wyckoff died Monday, February 16, 2009. Born in Jersey City he lived in Woodcliff Lake before moving to Wyckoff 12 years ago. Mr. Williamson was a Navy veteran. Before his retirement he worked for Ingersoll Rand, New York City. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church, Ridgewood and a member of the Stevens Metropolitan Club. Surviving is his wife of 53 years, Joan S. (nee Schleicher) Williamson, his children, Susan and her husband Albert Chilcott of Greensboro, NC, Sarah and her husband Roderick Beddow of Bellevue, WA, David and his wife Karen Williamson of El Dorado Hills, CA, Roger and his wife Laura Ann Williamson of Ridgewood, NJ, and Douglas and his wife Carmen Williamson of Boynton Beach, Fl. Also surviving are his 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. No visiting hours. Private cremation was held. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church, 169 Fairmount Rd. Ridgewood, NJ 07450. In lieu of flowers donations may be to St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church or Stevens Institute of Technology, Castle Point on Hudson, Hoboken, NJ 07030.
