Obituary of Tessie Urban

URBAN, Tessie (nee Kulbaba) age 94 of Linden, NJ died peacefully on Saturday, August 23, 2008. Tessie was born in Newark on September 20, 1913. She lived in Linden for many years and was a parishioner of St. Vladimir's Ukranian Catholic Church in Elizabeth. Surviving are her devoted daughters, Diane Butkus of Bradenton, FL, Jeraldine DeCarlo of Lady Lakes, FL, Bernadette Howell of Dumont, NJ, Linda Calabrese of Wyckoff, NJ, Virginia Kraus of Medford, NJ and Frances Milton of Westfield, NJ. Tessie also leaves eleven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her husband Frank Urban in 1957. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at 8:30 AM from the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ. Funeral mass will follow at St. Vladimir's Ukranian Catholic Church, 309 Grier Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia, NJ. Visiting Tuesday, August 26, 2008, 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
