Obituary of Thomas Meehan

Meehan, Thomas M., age 56, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 1, 2015. Tom was born in the Bronx, NY where he spent his early years, then moving with his family to Elmwood Park before establishing his own home with his wife in Midland Park in 1992. Tom was an Information and Guest Services Representative in the Outpatient Radiology Department of Hackensack University Medical Center, Hackensack. He was a model train enthusiast and had a great love of music and animals, especially dogs. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Barbara A. (nee Fleer) Meehan of Midland Park and his brother, Michael Meehan and his wife, Robynn of Stillwater, NJ. Also surviving are his nephew and nieces, Michael, Morgan, Molly and Maura Meehan. He will also be dearly missed by his pet beagle, Devin. Tom will be sorely missed by all who knew him and were touched by his acts of kindness. The interment will take place at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus, NJ.
