God saw u getting tired & a cure was not 2B So he put his arms around u & whispered come 2 me. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands now rest. God broke our hearts 2 prove 2 us. He only takes the best.

Uncle Frank, No words can express the loss we feel. You have been such a wonderful part of family's lives for so many years. You have always been there for us, as an uncle, brother, brother in law, and as a friend. In our loss you became a strong shoulder to help us. This will never be forgotten. Your brother Mario, cherished you! Although he was older than you, he looked up to you in so many ways. Not because you were much taller than him, but because you held such grace with your kindness, compassion and a heart as big as the moon. You know mom is so grateful to you and Gail for all your love and support. She is blessed to have had such a wonderful brother in law, but more so her angel on earth. I know you are now in heaven with your brothers and sister smiling, and looking over all of our families still. Please know, dear uncle, we love you and although our hearts are so heavy, we know you are at peace. Your grace, kindness, and wonderful smile will never be forgotten. Hugs to you, Julia, Angela, Linda, Nicky and families

Our precious Uncle Frank You will be dearly missed by us all. The more important something is, the more it hurts to lose. We feel an immeasurable loss. You leave an amazing impression on all generations of this family. The imprint you have made on our hearts will never grow faint. Having you in this big crazy famiglia was a wonderful blessing. You were always so kind, patient, loving, caring, giving and genuine. Although limited, I value the time spent with you and the precious memories that I will always keep with me. What an honor for us all to have had such a great Uncle! I am so grateful that my daughter had the opportunity to know you. Your charm and fun loving ways won her heart instantly. You had an amazingly kind and loving spirit. I am thankful that my mother had such a wonderful brother who demonstrated such love, compassion, kindness, and generosity towards her. She cherished and respected you to a great extent. You held a very special place in her heart. I wish this earth saw more people like you Uncle Frank! With all my love and admiration, your niece, Maria Sorrentino My prayers are with my Aunt Gail and my cousins Rita, Lisa, Gianna, and their families. I pray for GOD to comfort you all during this very difficult time. Our simple minds and grieving hearts are not able to comprehend GOD’s perfect plan for us. The only way to accept it is by faith. Please accept my deepest condolences. Know that God loves you and can restore your spirits, give you peace, strengthen you, and will always be with you. I love you all!

Frank- Thank you so much Frank for being the great guy that you were. Truly a man's man. A wonderful and selfless husband, brother, father, father-in-law but most of all, grandfather. A warrior to the last day. Waging a three plus year battle with immeasurable dignity. Worrying more about the pain your family was going through rather than the suffering you had to endure. No more pain, no more suffering. We all love and miss you greatly. Mario

As soon as you met Mr. Tondo, you could see what a warm and special man he was. He had such affection for others, especially his dear family. He modestly kept his accomplishments quiet but couldn't hide the warmth that shone so brightly. It was lovely to have known him for even a little while.
