Obituary of Michael Dinice

DINICE, Michael, age 88, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2011. Born in Tricarico, Italy, Michael was a longtime resident of Midland Park before moving to Scottsdale, AZ 3 years ago. Michael was a self-employed Barber, owning Michael's Barber Shop in Mahwah then Allendale. He was also the Past Exalted Ruler of the former Wyckoff Elks Lodge. He is survived by his Daughter Celeste and her husband Jeff Hollifield of Paradise Valley, AZ, his sons Paul and his wife Sherry of Charlotte, NC and John and his wife Eileen of Mahwah, his 8 grandchildren; Ashley, Jason, Benjamin, Austin, Hailey, Ryan, Brandon, Collin, and 4 step grandchildren Brittney, Shanna, Laina, and Chase. He is also survived by his 2 sisters Lena Ciccaglone of Ridgewood and Tina Moni of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Michael was predeceased by his wife Millie in 1993. Visiting hours are Friday 7 - 9 pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, (www.vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff, NJ 07481. Funeral service is Saturday, 10:00 am at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Christ the King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes, NJ. In lieu of flower, donations may be made to the Hospice Care of your choice.
