Obituary of Eugene Squeo

Eugene Michael Squeo passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014. Born in Jersey City, he lived in Ho-Ho-Kus and was a long time resident of Wyckoff. Eugene served in the US Navy during Vietnam. He was a member of St. Elizabeth's Church in Wyckoff and a member of the EPVA - Eastern Paralyzed Veterans Association. Eugene is survived by his son Luke J. Squeo-Pulido of Rutherford and Luke's mother Maria L. Kobylarz, his sister Adrienne Pace, his two nephews: Lucien M. Pace and Christian G. Pace, his God-Mother Aunt Dolores DeGiovine and the many loving nurses who cared for Eugene throughout the years. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Vander Plaat Funeral Home (vpfh.com), 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at St. Elizabeth's Church, 700 Wyckoff Ave., Wyckoff. Interment will follow at St. Luke's Cemetery in Ho-Ho-Kus.
