Obituary of Muriel Fielding

Muriel Andersen Fielding died on Friday, July 11, 2014. She was 82. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she grew up in Wellesley, MA and Briar Cliff Manor, NY, and as an adult, lived in Glen Rock, Wyckoff and Oradell. Muriel attended Furman University in Greenville, SC; she was a creative homemaker and passionate artist. She was a longtime member of Salute to Women in the Arts and The Art Center of Northern New Jersey, as well as a friend to the Glen Rock Public Library. Survivors include her loving children: Andrew T. Fielding of Austin, TX and Megan L. Fielding of San Francisco, CA, and her granddaughter, Madeleine J. Fielding of Austin, TX. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Muriel's memory may be made to The Art Center of Northern New Jersey, 250 Center Street, New Milford, NJ 07646.
